Before ordering, please review the product dimensions, capacity, electrical requirements, voltage and plug configuration, delivery destination, and any other details important to your intended use. If you need help confirming a configuration, contact us before placing your order.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, images, prices, and availability accurate. Images may differ slightly from the delivered product, and information on the website may be corrected or updated. If a material listing error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

2. Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is accepted when payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order.

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. They may vary by destination, device, and order. Please check the final order details before submitting payment.

For destinations available at checkout, the displayed order total includes the applicable shipping charges, taxes, and import duties. You will not be asked to pay import duties or taxes separately when the order is delivered.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. If a carrier reports a delivery issue, or if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photos.

5. Changes of Mind and Incorrect Selections

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases, unwanted products, or products selected incorrectly. This applies to freeze dryers and accessories.

Please check the model, accessories, voltage and plug configuration, and delivery details before placing your order. This policy does not affect any rights you may have if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or does not meet applicable legal requirements.

6. Warranty and Product Issues

Olarip freeze dryers come with a one-year whole-machine warranty. For an approved warranty claim, we will ship replacement parts at no charge. The customer may install the parts themselves or arrange for a technician of their choice to carry out the repair.

Please contact us before arranging a repair so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate parts or guidance. Our warranty is provided in addition to any rights that apply under consumer law; it does not replace or limit those rights.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us with your order number and clear photos or videos so we can assess the issue and explain the available resolution.

7. Use of This Website

You agree not to use this website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information.

We may restrict access or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, or a breach of these terms.
